Nitya Sago (Sabudana) Medium is made from high-quality starch and processed into uniform, medium-sized pearls. It is light, easy to cook, and widely used in traditional dishes, especially during fasting and special occasions.

Ingredients: 100% sabudana (sago pearls). No added preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors.

Cooking Instructions: Rinse the sabudana thoroughly and soak as required. Cook until the pearls turn soft and translucent. Commonly used for sabudana khichdi, kheer, vada, and other traditional recipes.

Soaking Instructions: Wash and soak in water for 4–6 hours or overnight until the pearls become soft and fluffy. Drain excess water completely before cooking.
